Great location! The upper floor with balcony was a hit. The air conditioning worked well and the Wi-Fi was fast. The room had sockets at both sides of the bed and a laundry room in the basement. Clean towels and sheets were provided by the friendly maid three times a week.

Minor issues like lack of pool towels and clothes drying rack were a letdown. Unfortunately, the sofa in one of the apartments was old and dirty, and the bed felt like a marshmallow.

The hotel is located in a buzzing area, close to restaurants, cafes, and malls, making it easy to explore the city's surroundings. Rooms are equipped with functional air conditioning and come with electric sockets at head level, adding convenience to the stay. the cleaning service is consistent, providing fresh towels and clean bedding for a comfortable experience.

One of the rooms lacked some necessary toiletries, which was inconvenient for tired travelers.

The room was a total mess, with dirty walls, exposed sockets, and a greasy and stained sofa. the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, making it hard to get any sleep.

We loved our stay here! The upper floor with balcony was amazing and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was excellent, there were many cafes and restaurants around. We also appreciated the laundry room in the basement and the maid, Cecilia, was incredibly helpful. She assisted us with getting a laundry card and came to clean our room and replace towels three times a week. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and we enjoyed the gym and city view on the rooftop.
